Shipping policy

1.Processing

Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Sundays, and National Holidays). After order processing is completed, we will ship the order and you will receive a tracking number immediately via sms and email. Please note, your tracking number will be generated once the shipment has been picked up by the courier partner.

2. Purchasing

Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via phone and email about the out of stock item.

3. Shipping

We provide Pan India shipping on all our orders. All orders are dispatched only on working days. Working days exclude Sundays or any Public Holidays or Lockdown Days. Orders are usually delivered in 4-7 working days after dispatch. We ship all orders through trusted courier partners: Delhivery/Xpressbees/DTDC/BlueDart/EKart/Kerry Indev.

If you would like to make any changes to the address or details in your order please drop us an Email mentioning your Order ID at shop@genzie.me or Whatsapp us at +91 9311987177, 9650918306 Changes to be made should be informed within 6 hours of placing the order.

To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries.

Once a package has left our warehouse, and is in the hands of the courier we have no control over the package, but we will try our best to coordinate with the courier partner in case of any issues.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 7 days after the order is delivered. Refunds/Exchanges are not processed until we receive the return/exchange item back.

Manufacturing Defects Or Printing Defects:

If you receive an item with a manufacturing or printing defect, please inform us within 24 hours of the order being delivered. Drop us an Email mentioning your Order ID at shop@genzie.me or Whatsapp us at +91 9311987177, 9650918306 with images clearly showing the defect attached.

Our team will reach out, and you will have the following options:

Opt for a replacement of the same T-Shirt
Opt for a different T-Shirt of similar or higher value (and pay the remaining amount)
Opt for a Store credit coupon of the entire order value (which can be redeemed in the next 6 months)
Refund in original payment method (in case of Prepaid payment) / in bank account (in case of Cash on Delivery)
Post that, our courier partner will visit your place to pick up the return order. Please keep the return package ready and make sure the product is in its original packaging with all tags intact. We would not be able to process your return if any tags are missing.

Your refund/replacement/coupon code will be issued once we receive the return package in our warehouse and review it.

Once approved, the replacement/exchange order will be shipped or the coupon code will be delivered immediately to your e-mail address, while for a refund it may take 3-5 days for the amount to get credited into your bank account once the refund is processed at our end (Based on what you opted for).
